1. Introduction
These Mobile Messaging Terms govern your participation in OLEBAND's SMS/MMS marketing program (the "Program"). By opting in, you agree to these terms, which supplement our main Terms of Service and Privacy Policy .

2. Opting In
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box at checkout or via online form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing messages from OLEBAND. Consent is not required to make a purchase . Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us .

3. Message Frequency & Costs
You can expect to receive messages about products, offers, and promotions. Message and data rates may apply. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider .

4. Opting Out
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message. You will receive one confirmation message. For help, reply HELP or email support@oleband.com .

5. Duty to Notify
If you change or disconnect your mobile number, you must text STOP immediately. You agree to indemnify OLEBAND for any claims arising from your failure to notify us of number changes .

6. Prohibited Content
You agree not to use the Program to send any fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or unlawful content, or content that violates third-party rights .

7. Supported Carriers
Supported carriers include major US carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon). Not all carriers are supported. OLEBAND and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages .

8. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Program is provided "AS IS" and may not be available in all areas. We are not liable for transmission delays or failures .

9. Age Restriction
You must be at least 13 years old. Users 13-18 need parental permission. By participating, you confirm you meet age requirements .

10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [Your City, State] on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in class actions .
